Charles Town Cottage Company unveils its first small home!
Charles Town Cottage Company held our very first ribbon cutting on July 13th!!
Charles Town, WV (Dec. 27, 2017)— The Charles Town Cottage Company breaks ground on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 11:00am at North Fairfax and the corner of 7th Avenue. Charles Town Cottage Company is a new company that will build and offer for sale beautiful, efficient and affordable cottages in the Charles Town, WV area. (Photos here)
“We saw a need in the community for trendy, affordable housing that was also energy efficient and we decided to fill that need. The Charles Town Cottage Company was born out of the view that small affordable housing can have storybook quaintness, style, ruggedness and energy efficiency. Each home is uniquely designed with a spaciousness and charm that surprises all. They also come with fencing, and a private driveway. Additionally, each home comes with a money-saving tank-less water system that provides endless hot water that’s only heated as you need it. Our motto is – We think small so you don’t have to!”
The cottage designs are both one and two bedroom and range from 440 sq ft to 600 sg ft. Some cottages are zoned for multi-purpose usage. The cottages are being built by JC Smith Builders (http://jcsmithllc.com/), financed by BB&T Bank (https://www.bbt.com/) and sold by Robin Thomas of Hunt Country Sotheby’s International Realty (http://www.huntcountrysir.com/).
